Anything over 4,000 m needs acclimatisation days built in, and we will not sell you a schedule that skips them. Five days gets you a Himalayan viewpoint; two weeks gets you Base Camp or a pass. Nothing shortens that safely.
Manaslu, Upper Mustang and Kanchenjunga need a restricted-area permit, a minimum of two trekkers and a licensed guide — that is the law, not an upsell. We file the paperwork and carry the copies.
Everest means a Lukla flight and a weather buffer day. Annapurna, Langtang and Manaslu are drives, so they are the safer choice on tight schedules. We plan the buffer in either way, and we say so before you book.
